SAGA COLOR
SAGA COLOR V01 is an automated appliance, specifically developed for applying paint to glass.
This robotic device is operating in 4-axis, which allows to spray to more complex glass shapes.
SAGA COLOR is ideal for spraying transparent paint, with minimum material waste.
Our software, in combination with precise mechanics is allowing our machine to apply a consistent coat of paint to the surface.
We are able to provide various spray gun types in line with customer’s needs.
SAGA COLOR is easy to operate and maintain.
Our own-made software, that we continuously develop and upgrade is simple to use. You start with the following 3 steps:
1. Draw the glass shape
2. Enter the glass and the spray gun specifications
3. Press on Start button
SAGA COLOR V01 entered the competition for the “Innovative Act of the Year 2014” prize in 2015.
Our technology is already installed in numerous sites around the world. e.g in Pasabahce branch in Turkey.
